Making waves in Boston, Massachusetts recently was Montreal’s Pi Athlete Management, a sports management firm which is sure to become a future heavyweight in the sports industry. Appearing in their first Pre-Draft Showcase, one of North America’s premiere hockey tournaments, Pi Athlete Management was able to take advantage of the coaching prowess of former Stanley Cup Champion and current colour commentator for CJAD 800 Sergio Momesso.
Momesso, who was in Boston for the weekend to watch his son Stefano (pictured with the "C" on his jersey) lace up for the Pi Athlete Management club, stepped behind the bench for the team’s first game to offer his guidance and help them get over any pre-game jitters. Momesso, along with head coach Jon Silver, helped the team skate to a 2-2 tie against the Skyland Selects of New Jersey.
